CAŅON CITY - The Probate team of the McDermott Law Firm has just returned from a seminar on probate issues in Denver.  Attorney Barbara Wiederstein and Legal Assistant Caryn Dorn attended the seminar July 30 in Denver that was an update on recent changes in probate law and procedure.

Wiederstein said that she found the seminar instructive.  "Probate law is always in a state of change.  New statutes, new tax laws, new court rules -- the only way to effectively serve your clients is to keep up to date on these constant changes."
