Cassandra Hartman has just returned from a continuing legal education seminar entitled "Drafting Effective Wills and Trusts."

The seminar, sponsored by the National Business Institute, was held in Denver, Colorado on September 8, 2006.

Topics included the fundamental principles of will drafting, using living trusts and powers of attorney as estate planning tools, tax considerations, ethics in estate planning, and planning regarding medical treatment (living wills, durable powers of attorney for health care and the making of anatomical gifts).
