John McDermott has ridden since during high school, from a Cushman motorscooter through his present Honda ST-1100.

And - yes - he was finally hit from behind in 2006 - but was fortunate enough not to be injured (beyond a little road rash).

We understand what true defensive driving is all about.  And we have a special appreciation of what motorcycle accidents are all about.

Sadly, John's first personal injury case upon arriving in Canon City after leaving the Army Judge Advocate General's Corps involved an intersectional collision between his client's motorcycle and a car, resulting in head injuries to our client.  John has successfully represented many other riders since then during his 35 year career.
