LLC Trends and Development

The law as to Limited Liability Companies remains in flux.  For this reason, John McDermott recently attended a seminar entitled "LLC Trends and Developments" in Denver.

Topics included recent trends and developments in LLC's, critical concerns regarding the formation and operation of LLC's, an overview of complex tax issues regarding limited liability companies, as well as ethical considerations.
