Donita Jordan has just returned to Canon City from an educational seminar on "Subrogation and Diagnostics," in Denver, Colorado.  Mrs. Jordan is a legal assistant with the Fremont County office of the McDermott Law Firm.

The meeting, sponsored by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, focused on insurance law and subrogation issues in automobile and motorcycle accident cases.

This topic has become very important with Colorado's recent repeal of no-fault insurance and return to a pure fault basis for personal injury and wrongful death cases in Colorado.
