McDermott and Jordan Attend 2006 CTLA Convention - Current Civil Litigation Issues Discussed in Depth

John McDermott and Donita Jordan just returned from the annual Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Convention, held this year at Copper Mountain, Colorado.

The annual meeting of Colorado trial lawyers and their legal assistants is attended by the best trial, personal injury, wrongful death and automobile accident lawyers in Colorado.

This year's schedule included presentations on automobile accidents, serious injuries and medical insurance subrogation issues.  Emphasis was on jury selection techniques.

"The annual CTLA meeting continues to be one of the best education seminars Colorado personal injury and wrongful death lawyers can attend," McDermott said. 

The McDermott Law Firm is a Canon City and Salida law firm located in Canon City, Colorado which specializes in automobile accidents involving serious personal injury and wrongful death throughout Fremont County, Chaffee County and all of Southern Colorado.
